There is an intercom system on the gate. The 190cm deep Pool has been gated and is to the left of the tiled pathway that leads to the large tiled terrace and front door of the home. There is also a tiled path to the right of the terrace that leads to the back of the home.

You will note that the home has plenty of windows making it very airy and light.

The front door gives access directly into the Open Concept Living Room/Dining Room. The Living Room/Dining Room also has high ceilings and a large window to the front aspect of the home, giving it a very spacious feel.
